The BBox provides an environment where participants can focus maximally as well as relax during heavy discussions about for instance a reorganisation or budgetting meeting.
If you need people in your organisation to reach consensus or discuss a particular topic thoroughly. I you do not want any distraction, then The BBox is the ideal venue for your next meeting. The latest meeting technology (wifi, videoconferencing, voting systems, table PC, HD LCD screens, even a Wii is available to turn your meeting into a success.
Facilitator
To support your meeting The BBox also provides for a faciltator. The facilitator helps the group of people to understand their common objectives and assists them to plan to achieve them without taking a particular position in the discussion. The facilitator will try to assist the group in achieving a consensus on any disagreements that preexist or emerge in the meeting so that it has a strong basis for future action.
